Published articles are normally less than 10 printed pages. Therefore, at the processing editor's discretion, manuscripts which are longer than 10 pages may be returned to the authors with a request that they be shortened before being considered further (this upward limit includes references, tables, figures and captions– everything except supplemental files and graphical abstracts). On the other hand, extremely short papers less than 3000 words will not be processed by SKIT Research Journal.
SI units should be used throughout.
It should have Title of the paper, Name(s) of author(s) and their affiliation where the actual work was done below the names indicating all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. It should be clearly mentioned that who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication.
Paper should start by a short abstract (Max. 300 words). The abstract should indicate the content of the paper, and should describe the main conclusions so that the particular usefulness of the full text may be decided. In abstract, references should be avoided and if essential they must be cited in full.
It should have a maximum of 5 keywords which appropriately represent the contents of the paper.
It should describe the background of the problem in brief, the scope of up gradation, objective and novelty of the research work.
This section should contain the information about the methods adopted to carry out the research work i.e. sample preparation and their characterization, procedures followed, software used if any and the researcher’s, new findings. It should also have the practical development or the required mathematical formulation of the methodology from a theoretical basis.
Result section should have researcher’s new findings with logical justification for the results obtained. Results should be compared with the existing published work, if possible.
At the end of the article, some conclusive remarks on the present study should be there.
Author should acknowledge the support of those individuals who provided help during the research at the end of the article before the references if any. It may include the information about any research grant or support received from any funding agency or the assistance of colleagues.
The references should be cited in the main text with large brackets like  or [1-3] or [1, 2-5] not in superscript or subscript. References should be listed as below in the order in which they are cited. Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa).

Please submit, with the manuscript, the names, affiliations, and institutional e-mail addresses of 4 potential referees. Please do not list SKIT Research Journal Editors, colleagues from the authors' institutions(s), or colleagues with whom the authors have recently collaborated, due to potential conflict of interest. Note that the editor retains the sole right to decide whether or not the suggested reviewers are used.
Information regarding submitted manuscripts should be highly confidential, Editorial staff must not be allowed to discuss about manuscripts other than the corresponding authors, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers and the publishers as appropriate.
Manuscripts are evaluated at any time by an editor without considering race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin citizenship or political philosophy of the authors.
The authors should submit their original work and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others then it should be suitably cited or quoted.
Authors are required to present a report of original research work with accurate account of the work and objective discussion of its significance. The data presented in paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Any kind of knowingly inaccurate statements will be considered as unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
Authors should not publish their research findings in more than one journal.
It is advised to author to be ensured about the completion of author list before submitting the final version of manuscript to the processing editor. Once the paper has been processed or accepted, author’s name will not be allowed to add, delete or rearrange.
Acknowledgement of the work of others must be mentioned by author. Authors should cite publications that have been significant in determining the nature of the reported work.
